Project Management

 

Realmark Commercial can also undertake the management of capital upgrades, building fit-outs and other projects on behalf of clients. This includes. but is not limited to:

• Oversight of project delivery including risk management, health and safety and compliance, quality and timelines

• Regular meetings with the Head Contractor

• Key stakeholder engagement.

• Problem solving and managing RFI's and variations

• DLP management and close out

• Collation of relevant documentation following project completion
