Kidz Galore is a respected, local provider of childcare services providing early childhood education for children aged 0-5 years and have been operating across Perth for 26 years providing education and care to Perth families. Established in 1995, Kidz Galore is owned by three families, with Director Sue Turner responsible for managing overall operations.
The new Kidz Galore at 6 London Street, North Perth, will see the expansion of their operations and cater for the increased demand for childcare facilities in the area. The centre will feature a natural Australian design highlighting the great outdoors with bi-fold doors, natural grass, verandah, established trees and a barista brewing fresh coffee.
The facility will be the fourth centre in Perth for Kidz Galore on the well-known site benefiting from high exposure and access to local businesses in the area. The current site located on Haynes Street will close upon the completion of the new centre in mid-2022, which will see an additional 25 places become available.
Kidz Galore worked alongside the City of Vincent to achieve a great result for the local community with an ever-growing population and strain on the current childcare amenities in the area it’s a great time for the business to move its operations.
“We are thrilled to announce that demolition works at the 6 London Street site have now commence with the centre expected to open in mid-2022. We have been working closely with the community, our lovely families and The City of Vincent in creating a centre with a phenomenal design that’s all about the kids” said Mrs Turner.
Ensuring the City of Vincent continues to thrive for generations to come, the City worked alongside Kidz Galore to create a development that was well-thought out and considered with the key purpose of shaping the future childcare amenity for the area.
The sale was transacted by Realmark Commercial’s Executive Director Mike Rowe. The site originally possessed the ability to accommodate apartment buildings, but the result between The City of Vincent and Kidz Galore was a more desired outcome for the communities childcare needs.
“Leederville and the surrounding suburbs in the City of Vincent continue to grow in popularity as one the best places in Perth to live and work, as exemplified by the development of the ABN Buidling and revitalisation of the Leederville Hotel, and Electric Lane Precinct. Ensuring that the area has the amenities such as childcare close by to accommodate this growth and attract businesses and residents is paramount to the success of these areas” said Mr Rowe.
