On 25 June 2020, Realmark Commercial hosted an exclusive event for Wembley locals and business owners at the empty space for lease.
For what was considered a successful evening, there were many locals and business owners in attendance as well as special guest, Mr Sean L’Estrange MLA, Member for Churchlands. Importantly, all guests were able to experience first-hand the potential this location offers.
The event was catered by locals; Mama’s and Papa’s, RoyAl’s, Wembley IGA and Wine Box, with music on the night performed by local artist, Mickey Long.
“More than ever, people are looking to find a place within their local communities.” Said Michael Richardson, Realmark Commercial’s F & B specialist.
“Many of my clients have seen an overwhelming response from the public looking to get back down to their local coffee shop, restaurant or bar, not just to support local, but to really find a place of belonging.
“It’s evident there’s a strong demand for the right F & B retailer to join the Wembley family, with young professionals, families and retirees looking for their ‘local’ nearby.” Said Michael.
1/339 Cambridge Street offers 131 sqm on a prominent corner location with neighbours such as The Wembley Hotel, RoyAl’s and Moob, just to name a few. To learn more about the property, click here.
