Our approach starts with ensuring the relationship , roles and responsibilities of all stakeholders is clearly outlined and communicated. We engage proactively with leasing agents to ensure from the outset there is a handover to our asset management team, and then we take the time to onboard the tenants. We take the same approach when we take on new managements by engaging with all the tenants proactively with concise communication and site visits

 

Our Realmark asset management team focuses on ensuring there is a clear understanding of the relationship of the owner and occupier so we can ensure that all parties are satisfied.

 

Our strategic focus is to develop plans and actions to address the things that are important to our owners such as: 

 

• A consolidated approach to tendering service contracts, which can save money and deliver a higher level of service 

 

• Improving the sustainability and performance of the premises, including pursuing NABERS and environmental compliance

 

• Assessing risks and opportunities across work health and safety, building performance, capital replacements, building upgrades

 

• Reviewing and recommending relocating incumbent tenants to create improved tenancy mix of leasing opportunities

 

• Identifying additional revenue streams from signage rights, mobile phone antenna and other sources of income.

 

To deliver this strategy we have the advantage of being able to draw on the expertise of our colleagues in facilities management and leasing and the breadth of specialist experience across our asset management team.
