He says it’s his relentless pursuit for excellence that drives him to get results for his clients and has underpinned many of his successful deals, including his biggest, selling 34 ha of industrial land in Hazelmere to the Goodman Group on behalf of WA Meat Industry Authority (WAMIA).
“The land was a former stockyard for WAMIA. I sourced the listing by prospecting for it and sold it at what was a record price after a highly competitive sales process,” he says.
“After the sale the buyer, Goodman, engaged me as lead leasing agent and from there we achieved major leasing deals with Coca Cola, Linfox, Toll, and MTU Detroit Diesel.
“Being able to see the vacant site transform into the modern Stockyards Industrial Estate it is today was very rewarding.”
Mr Chorley’s previous roles include Development Manager at Coles, National Development Manager at Red Rooster, Industrial Director and Partner at Colliers International and a Commercial Property Consultant with LJ Hooker.

In his precious spare time, he likes to keep fit, spend time with kids and grandkids, go to the footy and is busily reading his way through the new pile of books he received for Father’s Day.
